Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America enlists agroup of talented FCCLA alumni from a variety of diverse backgrounds for the State Leadership Training Team (SLTT). SLTT members are chosen by State Staff to develop trainings, lead workshops and breakout sessions, communicate with chapter networks and serve as an extension of State Staff.

The State Leadership Training Team:

• Serve as positive and professional representatives of the state organization.

• Assist as state conferences as assigned.

• Plan leadership development and officer training sessions.

• Present workshops at meetings.

• Communicate with members of assigned chapter networks on a regular basis.

• Be an active and paid member of Arizona Alumni & Associates.

• Write articles for use in state publications, as requested.
