Updating the verbiage in the Code of Ethics and Confidentiality Agreements of the Policies & Procedures.

Ms. Kimberly Loyd sponsored the following resolution.

RESOLUTION

Resolved, That the Code of Ethics (Appendix A) of the Policies & Procedures be amended by replacing “Board of Directors and / or State Executive Council” with “State Staff, Board of Directors, Committees of the Board, and / or State Executive Council” anywhere it appears; and

Resolved, That the Confidentiality Agreement (Appendix B) of the Policies & Procedures be amended by replacing “Board of Directors and / or State Executive Council” with “State Staff, Board of Directors, Committees of the Board, and / or State Executive Council” anywhere it appears.

This resolution was approved by at least a majority vote of the 76th Board of Directors of Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. on this 11th day of June, 2021.
