Updating the users on the organization’s QuickBooks account, and for other purposes.

IN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Ms. Jacqueline Dudo sponsored the following resolution originating in the Executive Committee.

RESOLUTION

Resolved, That the Board of Directors directs the State Adviser to update the users on the organization’s QuickBooks account by adding the following individuals: Jacqueline Dudo; and

Resolved, That any individual not identified above who is currently a user on the organization’s QuickBooks account shall retain such right;

Resolved, That the State Adviser shall work with the Financial Services team or any other individuals as may be necessary to successfully accomplish the goal of the Board of Directors with this resolution.

This resolution was approved by at least a majority vote of the 76th Board of Directors of Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. on this 11th day of June, 2021.
