Updating invoicing policies to reflect a change in fiscal policy, and for other purposes.

Ms. Jacqueline Dudo sponsored the following resolution.

RESOLUTION

Whereas, The Board of Directors has adopted a policy requiring chapter to provide purchase orders when registering for conferences; and

Whereas, This policy would allow for invoices to be sent at any time via automated processes determined by the State Adviser; now, therefore be it

Resolved, That Article IV, Section 3. Invoicing be amended by striking, “approximately two weeks prior to said conference”, and inserting “within 48 hours of submitting registration” within the first paragraph; and

Resolved, That the State Adviser be authorized to correct article and section designations, punctuation, and cross-references and to make such other technical and conforming changes as may be necessary to reflect the intent of the Board of Directors in connection with this resolution.

This resolution was approved by at least a majority vote of the 76th Board of Directors of Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. on this 11th day of June, 2021.
