Electing the officers of the 76th Board of Directors.

IN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Ms. Hannah Leyendecker sponsored the following resolution originating in the Executive Committee.

RESOLUTION

Whereas, The 76th Board of Directors completed a self-nomination form for the Officers of the Board; and

Whereas, The Chair of the Board of Directors declared the Officers of the Board elect pursuant to §46 of Robert’s Rules of Order, Newly Revised; now, therefore be it

Resolved, That Michele Leyendecker of Region 3 is hereby elected the Chair-Elect of the Board of Directors; and

Resolved, That Jacqueline Dudo of Region 2 is hereby elected the Treasurer of the Board of Directors; and

Resolved, That Alice Goodrick of Region 1 is hereby elected the Secretary of the Board of Directors.

This resolution was approved by at least a majority vote of the 76th Board of Directors of Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. on this 11th day of June, 2021.
