Directing the Financial Services team to transfer $2,000.00 from the organization's checking account to savings account.

IN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Ms. Jacqueline Dudo sponsored the following resolution.

RESOLUTION

Whereas, The Board of Directors adopting the 2023 Strategic Plan with a goal of increasing the organization’s savings account by $2,000.00 during the 2021 fiscal year; and

Whereas, The Board of Directors adopted a budget for the 2021 fiscal year budget that allocated $2,000.00 to the organization’s savings account; now, therefore be it

Resolved, That the Board of Directors directs the financial services team to transfer $2,000.00 from the organization’s checking account to the organization’s savings account within thirty (30) days of the adoption of this resolution.

This resolution was approved by at least a majority vote of the 76th Board of Directors of Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. on this 11th day of June, 2021.
