Authorizing the Chair of the 76th Board of Directors to administer the oath of office to the members-elect.

IN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Ms. Michele Leyendecker sponsored the following resolution originating in the Executive Committee.

RESOLUTION

Resolved, That the Chair of the 76th Board of Directors is hereby authorized and directed to administer the oath of office to all members-elect of the Board.

This resolution was approved by at least a majority vote of the 76th Board of Directors of Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. on this 11th day of June, 2021.
