Authorizing the Chair of the 76th Board of Directors to administer the oath of office to the elected officers of the Board.

IN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Mr. Preston Thomas sponsored the following resolution originating in the Executive Committee.

RESOLUTION

Resolved, That the Chair of the 76th Board of Directors is hereby authorized and directed to administer the oath of office to the Chair-Elect, Treasurer and Secretary of the Board who shall immediately assume their offices, respectively, of the 76th Board of Directors upon taking the oath.

This resolution was approved by at least a majority vote of the 76th Board of Directors of Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. on this 11th day of June, 2021.
