Approving an employment agreement for a Program Development Coordinator, and for other purposes.

Whereas, The State Adviser has identified a need and set a goal to increase the organization’s sponsorships; and

Whereas, The organization does not currently have the employment resources necessary to increase the organization’s sponsorships to the set goal; now, therefore be it

Resolved, That the Board of Directors approves the proposed employment agreement for the Program Services Coordinator position; and

Resolved, That the State Adviser be given the authority to interview and hire any such individual as they may identify to best execute the responsibilities of this position.
