Approving an agreement with Lost Canyon for the 2021 Chapter Leadership Camp, and for other purposes.

IN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Ms. Kimberly Loyd sponsored the following resolution.

RESOLUTION

Whereas, Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. has chosen to host an in-person event for the 2021 Chapter Leadership Camp; and

Whereas, Lost Canyon was the event site for the 2019 Chapter Leadership Camp and adequately met the needs of the event; and

Whereas, Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. already has a deposit with Lost Canyon from previously canceled events; now, therefore be it

Resolved, That the Board of Directors of Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. hereby approves the agreement submitted by Lost Canyon and authorizes Ms. Jacqueline Dudo, Board Treasurer, to sign the agreement on behalf of the organization; and

Resolved, That the Financial Services team shall release any remaining balance, as determined by the executed agreement, at the direction of the State Adviser.

This resolution was approved by at least a majority vote of the 76th Board of Directors of Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. on this 11th day of June, 2021.
