Approving an agreement with Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown North.

IN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Ms. Jacqueline Dudo sponsored the following resolution.

RESOLUTION

Whereas, Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. hosts an annual public speaking training for the State Executive Council; and

Whereas, The Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown North has been selected as the venue for this training; and

Whereas, Educators Rising Arizona will be participating in this training with Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. fronting all expenses; now, therefore be it

Resolved, That the Board of Directors of Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. hereby approves the agreement submitted by Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown North and authorizes Ms. Jacqueline Dudo, Board Treasurer, to sign the agreement on behalf of the organization; and

Resolved, That the Financial Services team shall issue payment, as determined by the executed agreement, at the direction of the State Adviser.

This resolution was approved by at least a majority vote of the 76th Board of Directors of Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. on this 11th day of June, 2021.
