Approving a special services agreement with Hendrie Communications, Inc.

Whereas, Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. holds an annual public speaking training for the State Executive Council; and

Whereas, Hendrie Communications, Inc. has aided in this training for the past two years in a row; and

Whereas, Educators Rising Arizona will be joining Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. for this annual training on July 25 – 28, 2021; and

Whereas, Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. will be fronting the expenses for the training and will be reimbursed by Educators Rising Arizona for the portion of expenses they consume; now, therefore be it

Resolved, That the Board of Directors of Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. approves the proposed Special Services Agreement and authorizes Ms. Jacqueline Dudo, Board Treasurer, to sign the agreement; and

Resolved, That the State Adviser shall communicate with the contracted financial services team when all services have been completed to issue the corresponding payment amount to Hendrie Communications, Inc.; and

Resolved, That the State Adviser shall determine the approval of the submitted reimbursement form(s) and notify the contracted financial services team of the amount to reimburse.
