Amending 2 P&P §7(F) of the Policies and Procedures, and for other purposes.

IN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Mr. Preston Thomas sponsored the following resolution originating in the Executive Committee.

RESOLUTION

Whereas, An inconsistency within the Policies and Procedures has been identified in Article II, Section 7, Subsection F. Conference and Events Committee; now, therefore be it

Resolved, That “Meetings Committee” shall be replaced with “Conferences and Events Committee” anywhere is appears within the aforementioned subsection.

This resolution was approved by at least a majority vote of the 76th Board of Directors of Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. on this 11th day of June, 2021.
