Ms. Jacqueline Dudo sponsored the following resolution.

RESOLUTION

Whereas, The Finance Committee of the 75th Board of Directors reviewed an initial draft of the budget proposed by the State Adviser and was provided the opportunity to give feedback; now, therefore be it

Resolved, That the Board of Directors adopts the proposed budget for the 2022 fiscal year.

This resolution was approved by at least a majority vote of the 76th Board of Directors of Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. on this 11th day of June, 2021.
