A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH MATTHEW DONCHESS FOR PRODUCTION SERVICES TO BE RENDERED DURING A VIRTUAL STATE LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE

Whereas, Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. is still not certain whether or not an in-person State Leadership Conference will take place; and

Whereas, Matthew Donchess has worked with Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. in the past to produce conference videos and recently produced the Opening General Session video for the 2020 Fall Leadership Experience; and

Whereas, The Board of Directors, State Staff and State Executive Council of Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. would like to begin developing a variety of plans in order to be prepared for both an in-person State Leadership Conference or a Virtual State Leadership Conference; now, therefore be it

Resolved, That the Board of Directors of Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. approves the Video Production Agreement with Matthew Donchess for the 2021 State Leadership Conference contingent on the conference going virtual;

Resolved, That a new agreement must be produced and presented to the Board of Directors if the conference is to be held in-person;

Resolved, That the Board of Directors of Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. authorizes Jacqueline Dudo to sign the agreement on behalf of the Board.

This resolution was approved by a majority vote of the Board of Directors of Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. on this 3rd day of December, 2020.
