Whereas, Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. seeks to make educated financial decisions impacting the organization; and

Whereas, The most transparent way of selecting a location for the 2025 State Leadership Conference while ensuring the organization’s needs are met is through a request for proposal; and

Whereas, The State Staff of Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. developed a request for proposal based on the needs for the conference, in cooperation with the contracted conference staff; and

Whereas, The drafted request for proposal was reviewed by the Conferences & Events Committee of the Board of Directors of Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. for feedback; now, therefore be it

Resolved, That the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. approves the 2025 State Leadership Conference Request for Proposal as presented; and

Resolved, That the State Staff of Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. is directed to solicit proposals from varying venues throughout the state of Arizona; and

Resolved, That the State Staff of Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. will present up to six venues to the Conferences & Events Committee for review; and

Resolved, That the Conferences & Events Committee of the Board of Directors of Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. will recommend up to three venues to begin developing contracts with; and

Resolved, That the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. will review the presented contracts and recommend a single contract to the Board of Directors for approval.
