VaQuajahnaé Johnson is a senior at Westview High School in Avondale, AZ. She began her FCCLA journey by participating in FCCLA’s ECE program. This experience admittedly attached with her goals in life. She is now proud to be the Vice President of Communications for the 2018-2019 academic year. In yearning towards becoming a lawyer and founder of non-profit organization for foster children, she is enrolled in advanced placement and honors classes that help maintain her GPA. She hopes to attend Howard University in the fall of 2019. Upon being in FCCLA, she is active in school activities such as the dance program, BSU, Young Life and the Activities Chair of Be a Leader.One of VaQuajahnaé’s favorite things about FCCLA is it is the only CTSO with family as its central focus. She believes this is important because it teaches leadership and creates a tighter bond inside a growing community. One of her goals is to expand on awareness of FCCLA and create bonds with members across the world. She is very passionate about FCCLA and appreciates the skills and opportunities it encourages young leaders to reach towards. VaQuajahnaé is eager to make an impact as FCCLA’s Vice President of Communications.
